We are hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) across Colorado to provide in-home therapy services for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs.

What You’ll Do

Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and communityPerform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (SLPs)Support evaluation and treatment implementation under supervision (CFs)Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goalsDeliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routinesCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teamsDocument care in an electronic medical record systemMaintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Required:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language PathologyActive Colorado SLP license (or eligibility for CFs)ASHA CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow pursuing certificationCurrent CPR certificationStrong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Pediatric or home health experienceExperience with feeding and swallowing therapy
