About the role
Jobs at WNYIL is seeking a Person Centered Counselor (PCC) to provide direct support to Veterans in assessing and budgeting to meet determined needs.
Responsibilities
- Work with the local VA Medical Center to ensure approval and monitoring of established budgets.
- Provide ongoing services to the Veteran to ensure continued appropriate utilization of VDC benefits.
- Provide backup services to the Taking Control Program Consumer Administrator functions as assigned by Director.
