Maintain and update client and property databases to ensure information is accurate and current. Coordinate logistics for property visits, open houses, and client events. Handle incoming calls and correspondences, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members. Support marketing efforts by managing social media accounts and assisting with content creation. Conduct research on market trends and assist in preparing reports for strategic decision-making. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma is required; additional qualifications in business administration are a plus. Proven organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with real estate processes and terminology is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and real estate software is a plus. 1-2 years of experience in a personal assistant or administrative role preferred.
