Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ fitness levels, needs, and personal goals.
• Create individualized training programs that support each client’s objectives.
• Lead one-on-one and group training sessions, offering clear guidance and encouragement.
• Track client progress and adjust programs to support continued improvement.
• Educate clients about nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices that complement their training.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive workout environment.
• Build client motivation, accountability, and focus on results.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Recognized personal training qualification.
• Strong motivational skills and a goal-oriented approach to fitness.
• Ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and with different abilities.
• Previous personal training experience is preferred but not required.
• First Aid and CPR certifications are highly desirable.
