Pest Control Technician

Responsibilities:
• Perform scheduled preventative pest control treatments
• Inspect units and common areas for pest activity
• Identify and report conditions contributing to infestations
• Apply treatments safely and in accordance with company procedures
• Maintain accurate service logs and treatment records
• Communicate professionally with residents and management
• Follow assigned routes and schedules
Requirements:
✔ Experience in residential pest control preferred
✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
✔ Strong attention to detail
✔ Professional appearance and communication
✔ Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
✔ Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable
