Pest Control Technician

Perform scheduled preventative pest control treatments, inspect units and common areas for pest activity, identify and report conditions contributing to infestations, apply treatments safely and in accordance with company procedures, maintain accurate service logs and treatment records, communicate professionally with residents and management, follow assigned routes and schedules. Requirements include experience in residential pest control preferred, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, strong attention to detail, professional appearance and communication, ability to work independently and stay on schedule, must be reliable, punctual, and dependable.
