Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional attitude. Operate fuel dispensers and manage petrol sales efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the forecourt and surrounding areas. Address customer inquiries about fuel and shop products promptly. Handle cash and process payments accurately using point-of-sale systems. Support stock management and inventory control for shop items. Participate in team meetings and training to improve service quality. Qualifications & Skills Minimum education: Matric Certificate. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Previous retail or service experience preferred. Customer service training is a plus. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems advantageous.
