Job description
Nellyv is hiring dedicated Petrol Attendants for our Engen petrol station located in Pretoria, Gauteng. This full-time role is essential for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations at the station.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers promptly and courteously with fueling their vehicles.
- Accurately handle cash and card transactions, maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Keep the fueling area and store clean and well-organized.
- Provide customers with information about products and services available.
- Monitor fuel levels and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
- Promote safety and compliance with operational procedures.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
You will work closely with a team of petrol attendants and report directly to the station manager. Collaboration and communication within the team are vital to ensure efficient service delivery and an exceptional customer experience.
