We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our team in Thenali, Andhra Pradesh, India. Key Responsibilities Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all regulations and best practices. Provide clinical consultations and medication therapy management to optimize patient treatment plans. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use. Conduct patient counseling sessions to educate on medication usage, side effects, and health management. Maintain accurate patient records and medication inventories using pharmacy management software. Stay updated on pharmaceutical developments and participate in continuous professional education. Contribute to the development of pharmacy services and quality improvement initiatives. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution. Proficiency in pharmaceuticals and clinical knowledge relevant to patient care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and healthcare teams. Experience with pharmacy management and medical software tools (e.g., ERP systems, EHRs) is preferred. Prior experience as a pharmacist or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
