Pharmacist – Thenali, Andhra Pradesh, India

Mounika medicals is hiring a full-time Pharmacist in Thenali, Andhra Pradesh, India. In this on-site role, you will provide pharmaceutical care, support safe medication use, and contribute to positive patient outcomes and community health. You will report to the Pharmacy Manager and work with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with applicable regulations and pharmacy best practices.
• Provide clinical consultations and medication therapy management to support patient treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote safe and effective medication use.
• Counsel patients on medication use, possible side effects, and health management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and medication inventories using pharmacy management software.
• Stay informed about pharmaceutical developments and participate in continuing professional education.
• Contribute to pharmacy service development and quality improvement initiatives.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Strong pharmaceutical knowledge and clinical skills relevant to patient care.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients and healthcare teams.
• Experience with pharmacy management or medical software, such as ERP systems or electronic health records, is preferred.
• Previous pharmacist or similar experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Schedule
