Key Responsibilities Source and recruit high-quality candidates for bench sales roles using job boards, social media, and networking. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, engaging prospects throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability. Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements and ensure alignment. Prepare and present candidate profiles to management with insights on skills and cultural fit. Manage the complete recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular performance reports to identify improvement areas. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and influence candidates. Experience in recruitment or sales, preferably in IT staffing or technology sectors. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools. Proven success in meeting and exceeding recruitment targets. HR or recruitment certifications are a plus. 0-3 years of relevant experience.
