Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates and engage them throughout the hiring process.
- Interview and assess candidates for qualifications and fit.
- Partner with internal teams to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Present candidate profiles to management, highlighting relevant skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job posting through offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics, prepare regular reports, and identify process improvements.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates.
- Recruitment or sales experience; IT staffing or technology industry experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
