PHP Developer

PHP Developer is responsible for providing technical support, ensuring the smooth operation of HUBS, and developing/enhancing the Velez Group system. This role involves troubleshooting IT issues, maintaining infrastructure, and improving system functionality through PHP development.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

IT SUPPORT (TECHNICAL & HUBS)
- Provide technical assistance for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including server/workstations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and network problems efficiently.
- Ensure data security, backups, and system updates are properly maintained.
- Manage and support HUBS operations, ensuring seamless IT functionality.
- Collaborate with teams to identify and implement IT solutions.

PHP DEVELOPMENT & SYSTEM MANAGEMENT
- Develop, enhance, and maintain Velez Group systems using PHP, MySQL, and related technologies.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Perform testing, debugging, and system optimization to improve performance.
- Integrate third-party APIs and expand system functionalities.
- Ensure the security and scalability of the system.
- Work closely with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to implement new features.

WEBSITES AND PATIENT PORTAL
- Develop, maintain, and optimize websites, portals, student portals, and school information systems using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for new features, enhancements, and updates for platforms.
- Integrate web applications with internal systems (e.g., databases, APIs, third-party tools) to enable seamless data flow.
- Ensure website performance, security, and scalability, along with practices in development and coding.
- Implement responsive design to ensure web applications are optimized for various devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
