MOTION PT Group is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist to provide coverage as needed at two Suffolk County outpatient clinics: 521 Route 111, Hauppauge, NY, and 775 Park Avenue, Huntington, NY. No same-day travel between sites is required. Schedule and hours vary based on clinic needs and will be discussed during the interview process.
