Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active medical license in the state of Tennessee.
• Board certification in Family Medicine is preferred.

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and healthcare software.
• Minimum of 3-5 years clinical experience preferred.

Compensation: $120 per hour
