Key Responsibilities Pick products accurately from inventory according to order specifications. Stack products in designated areas while maintaining organization and safety standards. Assist in inventory management by tracking and reporting stock levels. Collaborate with team members to improve order pick rates and accuracy. Participate in daily warehouse meetings to discuss performance and share best practices. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Follow all company policies related to inventory handling and equipment operation. Qualifications Minimum education: 10th Grade. Proven skills in picking and stacking within warehouse settings. Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding environment. Experience in a similar role preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
