Key Responsibilities Efficiently pick products from inventory with accuracy according to order specifications. Stack products in designated areas while maintaining organization and safety standards. Assist in inventory management by tracking and reporting stock levels. Collaborate with team members to improve order pick rates and accuracy. Participate in daily warehouse meetings to review performance and share best practices. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Follow all company policies and procedures related to inventory handling and equipment operation. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum education: 10th Grade. Proven skills in picking and stacking within a warehouse setting. Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding environment. Experience in a similar role preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus. As a Picker Associate, you will report directly to the Warehouse Manager and work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
