Kavi La is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Picker Packer to join our team in Chrompet, Tamil Nadu, India . Key Responsibilities Efficiently pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and company standards. Conduct quality checks to guarantee order accuracy and maintain high-quality standards. Manage and monitor stock levels, reporting any inventory discrepancies promptly. Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment. Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to streamline processes and meet deadlines. Label and prepare packages securely for shipment, ensuring presentation and safety. Participate in regular inventory audits and support restocking activities as required. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum education: 10th Grade. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently. Previous experience in a similar picker/packer role is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse tools. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to lift and move heavy packages according to job requirements. Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
