PIM Engineer

LIM is hiring a PIM Engineer based in Latin America.Product information needs dependable systems behind it. This role focuses on the technical work that connects product records, supports custom functionality, and keeps PIM implementations ready for daily use.
You will work with business consultants, developers, and project teams throughout discovery, development, testing, and launch.
During discovery, you will contribute technical guidance, document system connections, and help translate business requirements into development plans.
Your implementation work will include:Installing and maintaining PIM software and system dependencies.Building connectors between the PIM and other platforms.Developing custom features and import and export functionality.Writing tests, reviewing code, and addressing technical issues.Documenting architecture, design decisions, and production configurations.You will support data validation and migration activities within the project scope. At launch, your responsibilities will include checking custom functionality and system connections in the production environment.
The role calls for close collaboration with the PIM Business Consultant. Together, you will connect the client’s product information needs with the technical work required for delivery.
Clear documentation matters throughout the project and after launch. Other developers and client teams need to understand the code, the connections, and the decisions behind them.
