Job Description:A Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic prospecting efforts. This role focuses on expanding the company’s client base by building relationships with decision-makers and qualifying opportunities for the sales team. The ideal candidate is results-driven, organized, and comfortable managing structured outreach initiatives in a remote environment. While your duties will depend on the specific needs of your client, they will include, but not be limited to:
Identify target industries, companies, and decision-makers aligned with the company’s growth strategy and ideal customer profile.Execute outbound outreach campaigns through phone calls, email sequences, LinkedIn engagement, and other approved prospecting channelsQualify prospects by understanding their business challenges, needs, budget, and decisionmaking processBuild and nurture relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-up and value-driven communication.Schedule qualified discovery meetings and transfer opportunities to Account Executives with proper documentation and contextMaintain accurate and detailed records of prospect interactions, pipeline status, and followup actions within CRM systemsTrack outreach performance metrics including connection rates, meeting conversion rates, and pipeline contributionCollaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine targeting strategies and improve campaign effectiveness
Requirements:2+ years of experience in business development, outbound sales, or prospecting roles.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.Ability to meet outreach and pipeline generation targets consistently
