Planning Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Planning Analyst to manage project schedules, spending forecasts, budget tracking, and reporting for large scale development projects.

This role collaborates with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Project Management teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.

Tasks

• Develop and maintain complex project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and coordinate recovery plans.
• Manage project spend forecasts, variance analysis, and liquidity reporting.
• Coordinate SAP budget uploads, WBS tracking, and procurement reporting.
• Improve scheduling and reporting processes through automation and AI tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project scheduling experience in large scale capital construction.
• Advanced Microsoft Project skills and strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling, risk analysis, and earned value management (EVM).
• Experience with SAP budgets, WBS structures, and spend forecasting.
• Renewable energy experience (solar, wind, or battery storage) strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Pay

• $47.30-$57.43/hour
