Plastic Injection and Thermoforming Operator

Position Details:
* Location: Coleman, MI
* Pay: Up to $18.34 per hour
* Shifts: Train on 1st move to 2nd
* Hours: Full-time (40+ hours per week with overtime opportunities)
* Environment: Proud Union Facility

What You’ll Be Doing:
You will be at the heart of our production process, ensuring high-quality plastic components are manufactured and finished to spec. Key responsibilities include:
* Operating and monitoring Plastic Injection and Thermoforming machinery.
* Utilizing various hand tools for trimming, assembly, and finishing work.
* Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
* Maintaining a clean and safe workspace in compliance with union safety guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:
* Reliability: You show up ready to work and contribute to the team.
* Dexterity: Comfort working with your hands and using basic tools.
* Flexibility: Availability to work 2nd or 3rd shift and put in 40+ hours weekly.
* Experience: Previous manufacturing or plastics experience is a plus, but not required!
