Languages: Fluent English & Spanish requiredLocation: Remote – Guadalajara | Bogotá | Mexico City
Requirements3–5+ years of software engineering experience.Strong backend development skills with Python or .NET.Experience with IAM, authentication, authorization, and SSO concepts.Knowledge of REST APIs, AWS, Docker, CI/CD, Git, and automated testing.Experience with AI coding tools (Copilot, Claude, Codex, or similar).Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop backend services and integrations using Python or .NET.Build and maintain REST APIs, event-driven services, and authentication workflows.Implement identity solutions using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and JWT.Support multi-tenant SaaS platforms and secure authorization models.Participate in code reviews, testing, monitoring, and production support.Use AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering workflows.
