PLC Automation Engineer

Tasks

• Support deployment and configuration of DeltaV, Rockwell, and third-party PLC-controlled equipment.
• Integrate analytical systems with DeltaV and Rockwell platforms.
• Configure and maintain recipes for PLC-controlled laboratory equipment.
• Manage system backups, restoration, version control, and change control.
• Coordinate equipment data integration with PI, DCS, and other shared data repositories.
• Support commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, and ongoing manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant scientific discipline.
• Experience supporting or deploying PLC/SCADA systems, including Rockwell, DeltaV, or equivalent platforms.
• Knowledge of recipe management and configuration for PLC-controlled equipment.
• Experience integrating equipment data with PI, DCS, or other repositories.
• Familiarity with GMP, regulatory requirements, and computer system validation.
• Greenfield commissioning or phased equipment deployment experience is preferred.
