Job description
Tasks
- Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Yokogawa DCS platforms, including CENTUM VP and FAST/TOOLS, along with PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems; support industrial communications, historian, alarm management, backups, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery.
- Execute automation projects, including system upgrades, migrations, commissioning, loop tuning, control strategy improvements, FAT/SAT, startup, validation, and shutdown/turnaround support.
- Develop and maintain automation documentation, including control narratives, cause & effect matrices, P&IDs, functional design specifications, loop drawings, MOC documentation, PSSR, HAZOP, and process safe
