Requirements
- Past job experience working as a preventive maintenance technician in elevator and escalator service for 6 months to 1 year.
- Knowledge of elevator and escalator mechanical and electrical systems, including hydraulic, traction and counterweight systems.
- Competency in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, pressure gauges and other specialized testing equipment.
- Understanding of safety regulations, building codes and industry standards relevant to vertical transportation.
- Problem-solving skills to diagnose faults quickly and implement effective solutions.
- Physical fitness and capability to work safely at heights, in confined spaces and on rooftops.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transport for attending multiple client sites across the city.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain comprehensive and accurate service documentation.
