Police Dispatcher

The Police Dispatcher (911) contract role at micro1 is a remote position responsible for managing simulated and real-time emergency communication scenarios that support law enforcement training environments. Day-to-day tasks include receiving and prioritizing incoming emergency and non-emergency calls, collecting and documenting key incident details, and accurately dispatching appropriate police units based on established protocols. The dispatcher will monitor unit status, maintain clear and professional radio and digital communications, and ensure that records of calls, evidence-related information, and response activities are logged in applicable systems. The role also involves collaborating with law enforcement professionals and technical teams to refine RL environments, participating in scenario testing, and providing feedback to improve system performance and realism.
