About the role
Confidential is hiring post construction cleaning crews for full-time or part-time roles in Los Angeles. The goal is to transform dusty, unfinished construction sites into spotless, move-in-ready spaces. Work takes place at active or recently completed indoor and outdoor commercial or retail construction sites.
Responsibilities
- Rough clean: Remove large trash, scraps, and leftover building materials after framing or drywall; sweep or vacuum coarse debris before final finishes are installed.
- Light or touch-up clean: Dust and wipe high and low surfaces, including walls, trim, baseboards, doors, frames, and window sills.
- Final deep clean: Clean inside cabinets, drawers, and appliances; polish glass, mirrors, and fixtures; vacuum with HEPA filters and mop hard floors until free of fine drywall dust and residues.
- Exterior cleanup: Clear packaging, tape, and stray debris from yards, walkways, and driveways.
