We're looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer with a strong background in banking to help us build scalable, secure, and efficient business applications. This is an urgent, on-site role based in Toronto, requiring presence three days a week, offering a competitive rate of $75 USD per hour and excellent career advancement opportunities. At ATS, you will work alongside industry experts to develop tailored Microsoft Power Apps and automate complex workflows, directly impacting business efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Develop canvas and model-driven Power Apps customized to meet specific banking business needs, ensuring user-friendly interfaces and robust functionality. Build and optimize Power Automate flows to streamline and automate critical banking processes, improving operational efficiency by measurable margins. Integrate Power Apps with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, and other enterprise data sources to ensure seamless data connectivity and integrity. Create Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights supporting app functionality and business decision-making. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into technical designs aligned with compliance and governance standards. Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing Power Platform solutions to ensure high availability and performance in a banking environment. Implement role-based security models, data governance policies, and compliance best practices to safeguard sensitive financial data. Develop comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to support end-user adoption and continuous learning. Support organizational adoption of Power Platform through demos, workshops, and best-practice guidance, fostering a culture of innovation. Leverage Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, and API Management for advanced integrations and scalable cloud solutions. What We're Looking For Required: 12 to 15 years of professional experience as a Power Platform Developer or similar role, with proven expertise in banking sector projects. Strong proficiency in developing canvas and model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, and Azure services. In-depth knowledge of banking regulations, data governance, and security compliance standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders. Preferred: Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API Management for enterprise-grade integrations. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or Azure technologies. Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical workshops.
