You will play a key role in connecting our pharmaceutical products with healthcare professionals and customers, ensuring top-quality service and support. Key Responsibilities Develop comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical products to clearly communicate benefits and applications to diverse stakeholders. Engage proactively with healthcare professionals and customers, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries effectively. Participate in continuous training to stay current with industry trends, new product launches, and regulatory updates. Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to share customer feedback and market insights that inform strategic decisions. Assist in planning and executing promotional events and educational programs targeting healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and product inquiries using CRM systems. Monitor sales metrics and customer satisfaction levels to support performance management and continuous improvement efforts. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or related field. Strong pharmaceutical knowledge, including drug classifications, formularies, and therapeutic areas. Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly and succinctly. Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
