Us Pharmacy Group is seeking a part-time Pharmaceutical Product Specialist in Toronto, Ontario. In this role, you will help connect pharmaceutical products with healthcare professionals and customers by sharing accurate product information and providing responsive support. Key Responsibilities
- Build strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, their benefits, applications, and relevant therapeutic areas.
- Respond to healthcare professional and customer questions with clear, helpful product information and support.
- Attend ongoing training to stay informed about products, industry developments, and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams, sharing customer feedback and market insights.
- Support promotional events and educational programs for healthcare professionals.
- Record customer interactions and product inquiries accurately in CRM systems.
- Track and report sales measures and customer satisfaction to support continuous improvement.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Strong pharmaceutical knowledge, including drug classifications, formularies, and therapeutic areas.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
