Part-Time PR & Media Coordinator in Washington, DC

Jujane Moneth Balaoro is seeking a dedicated PR & Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Washington, DC. This part-time role offers a unique opportunity to drive impactful communication strategies and enhance our public image in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective public relations strategies to boost brand visibility.
• Create compelling content for press releases, social media, and other communication channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and media professionals to promote organizational initiatives.
• Coordinate media outreach campaigns with timely follow-ups and responses.
• Organize events and media engagement opportunities to tell our brand story.
• Monitor media coverage and provide detailed reports on public perception and reach.
• Assist in managing social media accounts, engage with followers, and support content strategy.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field.
• Proven experience in Public Relations, Media Outreach, and Content Creation.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in social media management platforms and content creation tools.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.

You will report directly to the Marketing Director and collaborate closely with the creative team to align campaigns and strategies. Our team fosters cross-functional collaboration to encourage innovative ideas and cohesive communication efforts.

Compensation: $2000 per month

Location: Washington, DC, USA (On-site, not remote)
