Pre-Litigation Case Manager | Personal Injury ⚖️
📍 Location: Remote, Honduras only 🕒 Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT
Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Case Manager to manage Personal Injury cases from client onboarding through settlement or transition to litigation.The ideal candidate will have experience working with U.S.-based Personal Injury law firms, managing a high-volume caseload, and communicating effectively with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and attorneys.
Key Responsibilities ✅ Manage Personal Injury cases from intake through settlement or litigation referral ✅ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ✅ Conduct onboarding and case follow-up calls ✅ Maintain accurate and organized case records ✅ Monitor treatment progress, insurance claims, and case deadlines ✅ Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys ✅ Assist with demand packages and settlement preparation ✅ Support lien review and negotiation
Requirements ✔️ 2 to 3+ years of Pre-Litigation Case Management experience with a U.S.-based Personal Injury law firm ✔️ Experience managing cases from intake through settlement ✔️ Strong understanding of Personal Injury claims and pre-litigation processes ✔️ Experience with lien negotiation ✔️ Experience using Clio, Filevine, SmartAdvocate, or similar case management software ✔️ Advanced written and spoken English ✔️ Strong client communication and organizational skills ✔️ Must be currently based in Honduras
