Pre Primary Teacher

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote holistic learning and accommodate individual learning needs. Foster a warm and welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and confidence. Regularly assess and document student progress, adapting teaching methods to support diverse learning styles. Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive learning experience across pre-primary grades. Communicate effectively with parents about their child's development and provide guidance on how they can support learning at home. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated with the latest educational practices and methodologies. Organize and participate in school events and activities that enhance the school community and build positive relationships. Required and preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field. Strong communication, patience, teamwork, and organizational skills. Proficient problem-solving abilities and excellent time management skills. Prior experience in early childhood education is preferred but not mandatory.
