Shop Helper

We are seeking a dedicated Shop Helper to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our daily operations within a vibrant retail environment. As a Shop Helper, you will be integral to maintaining a clean and organized space, ensuring excellent customer service, and enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the shop, including merchandise displays and customer service areas. Assist customers with inquiries, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues that may arise. Restock shelves and displays to ensure product availability and maximize customer satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management processes. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shop operations and a welcoming environment. Perform basic administrative tasks such as cashier duties or filing as required. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and performance. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Proven skills in cleaning, time management, customer service, organization, and communication. Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic software tools is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
