Job description
TEAMPRO HR& IT Services pvt ltd. is urgently hiring a Precast Foreman for a full-time, on-site position in Kuwait City, Kuwait. Candidates with a graduate qualification and at least 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily precast production activities at the yard.
- Ensure molds, materials, and equipment are ready for casting.
- Assign work to technicians and laborers according to the production schedule.
- Monitor the quality and dimensional accuracy of precast elements.
- Coordinate inspections with engineers and the quality team.
- Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping, and productivity.
- Record daily production reports and manpower details.
Requirements
