Salon Receptionist – Sawabir, Al Asimah, Kuwait

Prime Goal Recruitment is hiring a warm, professional Salon Receptionist for a full-time, on-site role in Sawabir, Al Asimah, Kuwait. As the first point of contact, you will help create a welcoming salon experience and support smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide friendly, professional service upon arrival.
• Schedule appointments and send confirmations using the salon booking system.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to questions about salon services and products.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Process payments and assist with client records and other administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with hairstylists and beauty professionals to support daily operations.
• Understand client needs and respond thoughtfully to enhance their experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience; salon or beauty industry experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with salon software and booking systems is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a customer-focused attitude.

Work Environment
