Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly upon arrival, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations efficiently using the salon’s booking system.
• Handle incoming calls and client inquiries, providing clear information about salon services and products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
• Assist with administrative duties including payment processing and client record management.
• Collaborate closely with hairstylists and beauty professionals to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Understand and respond to client needs proactively to enhance their overall salon experience.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven customer service experience, preferably in a salon or related environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with salon software and booking systems is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
