- Run the full bidding process through Procore: bid packages, addendums, RFIs
- Level subcontractor bids and build qualified bidder pools
Requirements
- 5+ years of construction or project management experience
- GC experience preferred. Procore highly preferred. Bluebeam and Smartsheet a plus

- $110 000
