Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to preschool students' diverse needs.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages creativity and exploration.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing personalized feedback and support.
• Promote social interaction to enhance teamwork and communication skills among students.
• Maintain open, positive communication with parents regarding their child's development and address concerns.
• Collaborate with colleagues to organize school events and activities.
• Stay current with educational best practices and contribute to preschool improvement initiatives.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, discipline, and creativity in working with young children.
• Experience in early childhood education preferred but not mandatory.
• Certification in early childhood education is a plus.
