We are looking for an experienced Principal IT Program Manager with strong PMO and enterprise program management experience to lead complex, cross-functional IT programs and drive executive-level decision-making, governance, delivery recovery, and PMO improvements.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Lead complex, high-impact enterprise IT programs across multiple workstreams
• Own integrated planning, dependencies, risks, governance, and execution
• Partner with senior business and IT leaders to align priorities and outcomes
• Provide executive-level communication, decision support, and escalation management
• Mentor Program Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and workstream leads
• Drive program recovery, stabilization, and risk mitigation
• Improve PMO governance, templates, reporting standards, and delivery playbooks
🛠️ Required Experience
• 10+ years of IT Program Management / Enterprise Applications / Business Transformation experience• Strong experience managing complex enterprise programs involving multiple systems, vendors, and business functions• Proven PMO governance and program management experience• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Oracle Fusion, Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or comparable systems• Strong integrated planning, dependency management, risk management, and governance experience• Experience mentoring delivery teams and improving PMO maturity⭐ Preferred Certifications• PMP / PgMP• Agile / Scrum• Prosci / Change Management• ITIL / Lean🎯 Ideal candidates will have strong enterprise program leadership, executive communication, program recovery, PMO governance, and business transformation experience.📩 Interested candidates: Please #Hiring #ITProgramMan
