PRN Registered Nurse Rn

TopTier Quality Care is seeking a dependable, compassionate Registered Nurse to provide clinical oversight and support for our home care clients and caregivers. If you are passionate about making a difference, we want you on our team!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete initial and ongoing client assessments
- Develop and review care plan
- Conduct supervisory visits
- Provide caregiver education and guidance
- Monitor changes in client condition
- Ensure compliance with agency and regulatory requirements
- Document accurately and timely

REQUIREMENTS:
- Active RN license in Georgia
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Home care, home health experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Must pass background and drug screening
