Key Responsibilities Perform rekeying services for residential properties to enhance security. Conduct thorough assessments of locks and security systems to recommend necessary upgrades. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns with professionalism. Utilize hand and power tools proficiently to complete locksmithing tasks efficiently. Maintain accurate records of services performed and inventory of materials used. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on the latest locksmithing techniques and technologies to improve service quality. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience working as a locksmith or in a similar role. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using various locksmithing tools and equipment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients. Relevant certifications in locksmithing are preferred but not mandatory. Minimum of 1-3 years of related experience in residential locksmithing is desirable. Have your own reliable vehicle Have the tools for the trade or the means to purchase the tools. This is an independent Contractor position. Pay is per job. This position will be part of a close-knit team that values collaboration and support. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and work closely with other locksmiths to ensure exceptional service. In addition to regular interactions within the team, you will also engage with other departments, such as customer service and sales, to streamline operations and enhance overall client experience.
