Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience in audits, inspections, quality assessments, data analysis, and quality reports.
- Hands-on experience with quality control tools and equipment, including calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding and application of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Experience in cross-functional coordination with production, engineering, and maintenance.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Willing to be assigned at Furukawa Electrical Thermal Management Solutions and Products Laguna, Inc., Laguna Technopark, Santa Rosa, Laguna.
