Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with legal teams to negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements (SLAs) that benefit the organization.
• Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Build and maintain strong vendor partnerships to ensure consistent supply and favorable terms, especially during disruptions.
• Spend Analysis & Forecasting: Review purchasing data to uncover cost-saving opportunities and forecast future procurement needs.
• Risk Management: Diversify supplier base, ensure compliance with regulations, and enforce purchasing policies to minimize supply chain risks.
• Team Leadership: Lead and train procurement staff while collaborating with Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement or supply chain management experience.
