We are seeking hands-on Product Managers who actively use AI tools and agentic workflows to improve product development and can coach client teams in adopting AI-native ways of working.Key ResponsibilitiesCoach Product Managers and Product Owners on AI-enabled product management practices.Use tools such as Claude Code, Claude Design, Cursor, Figma, and Devin to improve product workflows.Leverage AI for PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog refinement, customer research, and roadmaps.Facilitate product workshops, sprint planning, prioritization, and backlog reviews.Help teams improve product delivery, productivity, and overall effectiveness through AI-enabled workflows.Requirements5+ years of Product Management experience.Strong understanding of Agile, Kanban, product discovery, roadmapping, and product delivery.Hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day product management workflows.Experience coaching or mentoring teams on modern product practices.Excellent communication, facilitation, and client-facing skills.Ideal Candidate: A hands-on Product Manager who has implemented AI-enabled product workflows and can demonstrate real-world examples of improved productivity and delivery.
