Product Industrialization Engineer

Tasks

• Lead onsite execution of sustaining engineering and product industrialization programs.
• Coordinate engineering activities across customer stakeholders, suppliers, manufacturing teams, and offshore engineering teams.
• Drive engineering change implementation, product lifecycle activities, and product release processes.
• Update product specifications, maintain technical documentation, and support configuration management.
• Plan and document engineering design reviews, track action items, and ensure timely closure.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Industrialization, Sustaining Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
• Strong experience with engineering change management, product lifecycle activities, and manufacturing support.
• Experience updating specifications, managing technical documentation, planning design reviews, and tracking engineering actions.
• Hands-on experience coordinating First Article Inspections (#FAI) and engineering change implementation.
• Preferred: Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (#PLM) systems such as Windchill or equivalent platforms.
• Preferred: Experience supporting New Product Introduction (#NPI) and sustaining engineering initiatives.
• Preferred: Knowledge of controlled engineering documentation and quality management systems.
