Techie Associates is looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong Pharma/Life Sciences domain expertise and hands-on experience in Medical, Legal & Regulatory (MLR) review processes to lead the development of an innovative AI-powered pharmaceutical compliance platform.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Define product vision, roadmap, and launch strategy
✅ Collaborate with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Marketing, and Engineering teams
✅ Translate regulatory requirements into AI-driven compliance workflows
✅ Lead customer discovery, requirements gathering, and product development
✅ Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept to launch
✅ Develop user stories, prioritize product backlogs, and support Agile delivery
✅ Optimize MLR review workflows, including Veeva PromoMats
✅ Drive product positioning, competitive differentiation, and go-to-market strategy
🔹 Required Qualifications
✔️ Product Management experience delivering Enterprise SaaS platforms
✔️ Strong Pharma, Biotech, or Life Sciences industry experience
✔️ Hands-on experience with MLR/PRC review processes
✔️ Experience working with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory stakeholders
✔️ Knowledge of Veeva PromoMats, Veeva Vault, or promotional review platforms
✔️ Experience with requirements gathering, user stories, and Agile methodologies
✔️ Ability to communicate AI-powered solutions to senior business stakeholders
🔹 Preferred Skills
⭐ AI/ML, automation, or intelligent compliance solutions
⭐ Veeva AI or related compliance technology exposure
⭐ Modular Content & Claims Management
⭐ Knowledge of global regulatory standards, including EFPIA, ABPI, and EU markets
⭐ Competitive analysis, market research, and product strategy
