- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Conduct competitor analysis and product discovery
- Develop product roadmaps, define targets, and track timelines
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Maintain requirements and impact assessments using Jira & Confluence
- Collaborate with IT, engineering, and business stakeholders
- Support system design, testing, implementation, and deployment
- Identify roadblocks and ensure successful solution delivery
