KEY REQUIREMENTS
• 6+ years of experience in eCommerce & Consumer Products
• Strong understanding of Agile & SCRUM principles
• 6+ years of experience driving client engagements / discussions
• Strong experience with JIRA – Mandatory
• Excellent understanding of business and user requirements
• Ability to manage, negotiate and control product scope
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear requirements for development teams
• Strong product ownership and decision-making skills
• Leads effective brainstorming and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented, self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Passionate about Product and owns the product on behalf of the company
