Abin Jacob is hiring a disciplined Production Operator for the 2nd shift in Cranbury, New Jersey. This full-time role involves executing all core technical stages of solid-dosage pharmaceutical manufacturing within a regulated cGMP cleanroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end manufacturing operations including dispensing, granulation, sifting, milling, and drying.
• Setup, operate, and monitor machinery for compression, encapsulation, and coating of pharmaceutical products.
• Disassemble, setup, and verify high-speed production equipment mechanically.
• Wash, sanitize, and deep-clean equipment following strict cleanroom SOPs.
• Accurately complete master batch records, material logs, and yield calculations in English.
• Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and batch protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of manufacturing suites with good housekeeping practices.
• Identify and resolve line anomalies, clear jams, and perform minor mechanical adjustments to reduce downtime.
• Participate transparently in formal quality investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
