Production Operator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support production and packaging across infusion, fermentation, distillation, bottling, canning, and general labor.
- Run and troubleshoot bottling/canning/lines; pack, hand palletize, and preform directed products.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas before and after production.
- Assist with inventory, quality control, lab tests, maintenance, compliance, and accurate records.

Key Requirements
- Basic math and language plus strong knowledge plus spreadsheet and quality-control experience.
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
- Ability to cross-train, learn equipment quickly, and follow safety rules.
- Must lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors/hot liquids/chemicals, and moving machinery.

- $22 – $26 per hour DOE

- Mon – Thu: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
