Job description
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build, calibrate, test, and audit production machines to spec for each product.
- Operate and monitor production machines; run regular machine and product inspections.
- Load raw materials (antenna, chips, release liner, adhesive) and semi-finished goods into the line.
- Perform visual and in-process quality checks at every production stage.
- Use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and lab equipment (thermo chamber, convection oven, tensile tester) to verify specs.
- Identify defects and non-conforming products across raw, semi-finished, and finished goods.
- Troubleshoot basic issues and share improvement feedback with the Production Engineer.
- Keep a log with accurate documentation — job hours, BOM/parts used, and production data.
- Follow all SOPs and support corrective and preventative actions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.
WHAT WE WANT
- High school diploma or equivalent (Engineering/Quality a plus).
- 2-3 years in production or QA/QC roles in manufacturing (electronics, engineering, and assembly electronics a plus, ideally).
- Basic knowledge of production and quality-control principles.
- Able to read drawings, specifications, and inspection reports.
- Familiar with measuring instruments; sharp attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Works well solo and on a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Able to stand for long hours; open to shift work.
