Key Responsibilities

• Oversee production processes and ensure compliance with quality controls and IFRA standards.
• Lead and support the production team, fostering a productive, collaborative work environment.
• Use analytical techniques to monitor fragrance formulations and improve production efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with applicable fragrance production regulations and guidelines.
• Train team members in fragrance creation best practices and formulation principles.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline workflows and resolve production issues.
• Prepare production output and quality metric reports for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Perfumery, or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of fragrance chemistry, creation, and formulation.
• Leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of IFRA standards and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with analytical techniques and quality control processes.

Work Environment
