Harshi is hiring a full-time Telesales Executive in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. In this in-person role, you will connect with potential customers, generate leads, and promote the company’s products or services by phone. The monthly pay is 28000.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers by phone to promote and sell products or services.
- Research markets and network to identify prospects and generate sales leads.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer information in the database.
- Follow up with leads and nurture customer relationships through calls.
- Work with teammates to develop and apply effective sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance objectives.
- Share customer trends and preferences with management.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: 12th pass.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Lead generation experience is preferred.
Team and Reporting
You will report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to support a seamless customer experience and align sales activities with business goals.
