Key Responsibilities

• Engage potential customers over the phone to promote and sell products/services.
• Identify prospects through market research and networking to generate leads.
• Maintain and update customer data in the database accurately.
• Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and build customer relationships.
• Collaborate with sales team members to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Provide feedback to management on customer trends and preferences.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass education.
• Proficient communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Experience in lead generation is preferred but not mandatory.
